Andy is an accomplished artist whose apprenticeship as a potter led to many years traveling the art fair circuit. His face mugs, dispensers and oil lamps are treasured collectibles. Never lacking flair, each pot was unique-yet, for the artist; the same. Pottery became production...A job.
A blow to an artists heart.
Limited by clay as a medium, Andy began to paint, slowly at first. His painting lessons ended in high school, but the spark and raw talent remained. First acrylics, later oils and with each painting, he has managed to make the artwork his own. Using vivid imagery and humor to speak about social-environmental causes that Andy has very real concerns about. Our legacy we leave to future generations fuels Andy's painting in every detail, every brushstroke.
